Programme Structure

The Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Finance addresses the following subjects:

Subjects

Term 1
1. Accounting III

2. Auditing and Taxation

3. Financial Management

4. Management Theory and Practice

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
1. Five GCSEs at grades A, B, C or equivalent or

2. A suitable BTEC National Award or

3. High School Leaving Certificate/Diploma or

4. LCC Certificate in Business Studies or

5. Any other qualifications equivalent to one of the above

FURTHER STUDY
Completion of the Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Finance and possession of adequate relevant practical experience will allow students to apply to join Postgraduate courses of study in Accounting and Finance, subject to meeting the minimum age requirement.

Alternatively, students can apply for the MBA programme offered in association with the University of Sunderland
