Programme Structure The course is offered through classroom based instruction and is supported by coursework or classroom presentations to assess and aid the students' academic progress and development throughout the course. The Diploma in Marketing addresses the following subjects:

Term 1 2. Customer Care and Service 3. Buyer Behaviour and Consumerism 4. Management Theory and Practice 5. Information Technology for Marketing Management
ENTRY
REQUIREMENTS 2. CIM Certificate in Marketing or 3. HND/HNC or suitable BTEC National Award or 4. Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or marketing management or 5. Any other qualifications equivalent to one of the above.
