Certificate in Marketing (ICM)

The Certificate course introduces students to the useful business philosophy of Marketing and offers students the opportunity to develop a Marketing approach to the overall functioning of a business. The course will also enable students to compare the marketing philosophy to other business philosophies.

 

Programme Structure

The course is offered through classroom based instruction and may be supported by coursework or classroom presentations to assess and aid the students' academic progress and development throughout the course.

The Certificate in Marketing addresses the following subjects:

1. International Business Communications

2. Principles of Marketing

3. Principles and Practice of Public Relations

4. Quantitative Methods for Managers

5. Principles and Practice of Advertising

 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
1. 5 GCSEs at grades A, B, C or equivalent or

2. A suitable BTEC National Award or

3. High School Leaving Certificate/Diploma or

4. LCC Certificate in Business Studies or

5. Any other qualification equivalent to one of the above
