Programme Structure Throughout, the emphasis of the course is on analysis and the application of knowledge and skills gained to the resolving of real life problems. Additionally, students are expected to undertake research as part of the project they must submit on completion of the course. A Project of a minimum of 6,000 words must be submitted at the end of the course. Tutorial guidance will be provided for project work.

ENTRY
REQUIREMENTS 2. Holders of the Diploma in Transport Management at credit level or 3. Membership of the Chartered Institute of Transport (students who have this qualification may have passed by examination, or by approved exemption) or 4. Higher National Diploma (BTEC) in an appropriate discipline or 5. Graduates in appropriate disciplines (e.g. Commerce, Economics, Engineering Science, Geography) of approved universities or 6. Mature candidates with relevant experience in an area of shipping may also be considered. |
